Terms of Sale

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to place an order. By checking out, you represent that the billing and shipping information you provide is accurate and that the payment method belongs to you or that you are authorized to use it.

All RedTree products are custom, made-to-order goods produced from the photographs, layout choices, materials, and finishing options you select at checkout. Final products may vary slightly from on-screen previews due to natural variation in materials (leather, paper, fabric, debossing) and the way colors render on different displays.

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are exclusive of any applicable taxes, duties, or shipping charges, which are calculated and shown at checkout. We make every effort to ensure pricing is accurate, but we reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders affected by an obvious error before production begins.

Sales tax is collected where required by law. International orders may be subject to import duties or VAT collected on delivery by your local customs authority; these charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Card payments are processed by our PCI-compliant payment processor, Clover. By submitting your card, you authorize us (or our processor) to charge the full order amount, including taxes and shipping. Charges typically appear on your statement as REDTREE ALBUMS.

Orders are accepted and production begins only after payment has been authorized and captured. If your payment is declined or reversed after production has begun, you remain responsible for the full order amount.

An order confirmation email acknowledges that we have received your order; it does not constitute acceptance. We accept your order when we begin production. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, payment issues, content that violates these Terms, or production errors.

Production lead times shown on our site are estimates. Shipping times are in addition to production time, and delivery dates depend on the carrier.

Shipping rates and methods are shown at checkout. Title and risk of loss for products pass to you when the carrier accepts the package from us. Please see our Refund & Return Policy for how we handle damage and lost shipments.

Because every product is made-to-order, returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

You retain all rights to the photographs, artwork, and other content you upload. By uploading content, you represent that you own it or have permission to use it and that producing the resulting product does not infringe any third party's rights.

You grant RedTree a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, and process your content solely for the purpose of producing your order, providing customer support, and reprinting the same product if you reorder. We do not use customer-supplied content for marketing without your express, separate permission.

We may refuse to print content that is unlawful, infringing, obscene, hateful, or that we otherwise determine in good faith we do not wish to produce. If we refuse an order on these grounds, we will refund the order in full.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access so we can help secure your account.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RedTree's total liability arising out of or related to any product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. RedTree is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of goodwill, or loss of data.

Except as expressly stated in our Refund & Return Policy, our products and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your purchase shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Jefferson County, Kentucky, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Orders are governed by the Terms in effect at the time the order is placed.
