Privacy Policy
RedTree Albums ("RedTree," "we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have about that information when you visit redtreealbums.com or purchase our products.
Information We Collect
We collect information that you provide directly to us, information we collect automatically when you use our site, and information from third parties such as our payment processor.
- Account information: name, business name, email address, phone number, mailing and shipping addresses, and a password for your account.
- Order information: products purchased, design choices, uploaded photographs and artwork, shipping preferences, order history, and related correspondence.
- Payment information: billing address and the last four digits of your card. Full credit card numbers are handled by our payment processor (see below) and are not stored on RedTree servers.
- Usage information: IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, pages visited, referring URLs, and timestamps.
- Communications: messages, support requests, and survey responses you submit to us.
How We Use Your Information
- To create and manage your account and authenticate logins.
- To process, manufacture, and ship your orders, and to provide customer support.
- To send transactional emails such as order confirmations, shipping notifications, and account notices.
- To send occasional product updates, promotions, or newsletters where you have opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To detect, prevent, and investigate fraud or abuse.
- To improve our products, site, and services.
- To comply with legal obligations.
Payment & Credit Card Information
Credit card payments are processed by our PCI-compliant payment processor, Clover. When you enter your card information at checkout, it is transmitted directly to the processor over an encrypted connection. RedTree Albums does not see, store, or have access to your full credit card number, expiration date, or CVV.
If you choose to save a card on file for future purchases, the processor returns a secure token that we store in place of your card number. That token can only be used to charge your card through our processor and is useless to anyone else. You may remove saved payment methods from your account at any time.
We do not sell, rent, or share payment data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Photographs & Files You Upload
Photographs, artwork, and other files uploaded to RedTree are used solely to produce your order. We do not claim ownership of your images, and we do not use your images for marketing without your express permission. Files are retained as long as reasonably needed to fulfill and re-order products, and may be archived for quality and reprint purposes.
Cookies & Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, to remember your cart, to understand how the site is used, and to improve performance. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may limit your ability to sign in, maintain a cart, or complete a purchase.
How We Share Information
We share personal information only with parties who help us operate our business, and only to the extent needed for them to perform their services. These include:
- Payment processors (e.g., Clover) for payment authorization and settlement.
- Shipping carriers (e.g., UPS, FedEx, USPS) to deliver your orders.
- Hosting and infrastructure providers that power our website, storage, and email.
- Professional advisors such as accountants and attorneys, when necessary.

We do not sell your personal information.
Data Retention
We retain account and order information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with our legal obligations (such as tax and accounting requirements).
Data Security
We use industry-standard safeguards, including TLS encryption in transit, access controls, and tokenized payment handling, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work continuously to protect your data and to respond promptly to any suspected incident.
