We’ve made some changes to our site. Here are some highlights:
Account & Password
For our registered members, your login is the same but your password has changed. We have emailed out new temporary passwords. If you have not received an email, you can reset your password using your login or email. If you’re having trouble, please contact us and we’ll straighten it out for you immediately. If you are new to RedTree, please register here.
Ordering
To purchase RedTree products, click SHOP and select products to add to your cart. Within each product, you will be able to customize and choose options.
Uploading
All files will now be uploaded with the shopping cart. You will be prompted to upload as you select options for your order.
$10 USA Shipping
We’re excited to offer new flat-rate shipping for all orders delivered in the contiguous USA. The rate is $10 per order, regardless of product quantity.
International Shipping
We’re working on International shipping costs and will update soon.
Debossing
We have added three new debossing fonts. You can find samples within the ordering page for RedTree Albums and Matted Folios. Also, some of our older fonts are discontinued.
Sample Albums
Coupon codes are no longer needed to receive sample discounts. Simply select the ‘Sample Album’ button when placing your order for a redtree album.
